MY APPROACH

My approach to counseling is holistic and client-centered. I believe that every person is unique and my goal is to understand and address the specific needs of each individual. Together, we set realistic goals and create personalized treatment plans to achieve your desired outcomes.

I use a variety of evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and internal family systems, to help clients understand and manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop new skills, and make positive changes in their lives.

 

I also incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to help clients be present, kinder to themselves, and more resilient in the face of difficult thoughts and feelings. 

 

I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My clients can trust that I will listen to them with empathy and understanding.
